No career prospects. Bullying. Below Industry average pay. Clique Culture. Travel is not fun. Bullying. Your voice and opinion is not listened to. Inequality. Company owners are worst offenders. Poor training. Bullying.

Atmos International Response

I am surprised to read this as we have not lost a single senior project engineer in the past 7 years. In addition Atmos has been working hard towards the "Best Company" to work for over the past few years. Our latest staff survey this year has shown an improvement by more than 30 points. Sometimes difficult to get time to focus on new product research due to ongoing need to support existing operations
