Great company with lot of opportunities as it grows

Pros

A great mix of committed people. Interesting work with latest technology. Big emphasis on innovating (new products and new ways of working) Products help make a difference to environment, so work has meaning. A lot of opportunities to contribute ideas. Management open to ideas/suggestions to improve company and engagement. Global business with opportunities to travel worldwide. Lot of opportunities to transition into new roles as company expands and new roles are created. UK office in a great location. Good benefits.

Cons

Uncertainties as Atmos changes from small family business to SME and aligns/integrates it's global offices.

Squandered Potential

Pros

Excellent staff who are willing to help and lookout for colleagues Good infrastructure, support services/depts, good location and office

Cons

Excellent staff mentioned above under-valued and under-appreciated by management Clique like culture amongst some of management Management aware of low morale in projects and development, however did very little to address this No real HR personel that staff could air greivence and act as a mediator between staff and management Argument as to whether there was something of a bullying culture present
