Certain senior management is poor

Their only purpose seems to be undermining people's life and career. They have all the skills to repel, harass and ruin people. The manager, who was highly hostile, rude and disrespectful, used to offend us, look down on people, push us aside and lose his temper frequently. There's so much racism in their office. Which, by the way, is completely abnormal; all set for torturing people. You can't talk to anyone above your manager because they're arrogant, despot-like and verbally violent. It's almost normal being threaten and intimidated a number of times. You can't talk to co-workers either because some are being controlled by granting them a "bonus". When people leave this company, they're often in difficult position to find another job.
