A good company that is always implementing new technologies in the Oil and Gas industry. There are a lot of learning opportunities in different areas. CEO is very reachable and friendly. The work is hybrid with three days of working from home. The business is stable, and you don't see layoff in the company,

Cons

Reviews and promotions processes are usually not clear. That makes difficult to plan what to improve in order to grow in the company.

Thank you for your review. I am surprised to hear that you were expected to work at weekends and bank holidays as the goals for R and D are flexible and we don't ask our development team to work at weekends or bank holidays.
