Pros

- Growing company in an expanding market - Room to grow - You get to work with people with different backgrounds - Independent work

Cons

- Disrespectful senior staff, poor management - Will turn a blind eye if you are experiencing mobbing, especially if the perpetrator is senior or brings revenue to the company - Even though the CEO is a woman, the environment is highly misogynist - Rules don't apply to ALL

Pros

Having started working for Atmos at the beginning of lockdown during the Covid pandemic, I've seen firsthand how Atmos put their employees wellbeing at the forefront of everything they do. I've worked for a few digital agencies, been self employed and worked for larger institutions like PwC and for me Atmos comes out top against them all. There's ample opportunity to get involved in regular social events and team building exercises. The senior management team and CEO are always striving to improve employee engagement and wellbeing. The company is constantly innovating meaning that there's always something interesting to work on, or a chance to develop new skills. During the three years I've been with Atmos, I've started a family, moved home and trained as a UX designer - Atmos has supported me every step of the way.

Long training period but understandable considering the field and niche product offerings
