My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. While it may appear promising externally, the internal environment tells a very different story.
The culture is highly restrictive and, at times, uncomfortable. There is a strong tendency toward micromanagement, with close monitoring of basic aspects like arrival and departure times. Flexibility is minimal—remote work is discouraged, and there is noticeable pressure to be physically present in the office regardless of circumstances.
Leadership often lacks clarity and direction, yet expectations remain high without adequate support. Decision-making is centralized, and alternative ideas are not always welcomed if they don’t align with management’s views. This creates an environment where autonomy is limited and innovation is stifled.
There is also a significant level of internal politics, which can make collaboration challenging. In my experience, success seemed to depend more on navigating these dynamics than on actual performance or contributions.
While this may not be everyone’s experience, for me it was not the right fit, and I would advise others to carefully evaluate whether the work environment aligns with their expectations.
