Pros

Coworkers that go they the same BS as you so you bond

Cons

The management does not listen to your concerns or needs. They do not value safety of its employees at Atria Grand Oaks in Thousand Oaks (specifically) They will overwork you and then be upset when you are too tired or sick or have anything going on whatsoever in your life. My family member had an emergency and ended up in the hospital and when i called for coverage to go with my family member no one came and they all turned their phones off to avoid my frantic calls

Pros

They pay well and the residents there are really nice and lovely Free food

Cons

1. The HR LADY HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE She doesn’t know what she’s doing and when you do something wrong she yells at you! I dont know most of the things there because I was new. She’s the most horrible HR person ive ever met. 2. Some of the workers are good BUT MOSTLY ARE NOT. They do gossips and will not help you at all. 3. Understaffed on weekends
