Pros

Most of the residents are amazing and you can grow special bonds with them. Most of the coworkers are pretty good

Cons

RSD allows the ED to over step boundaries and try to control things that she doesn't understand. They allow workers who are lazy to continue being lazy. They don't take concerns seriously. They want you to make them your main focus. They don't pay well for the time or duties. They allow residents who should be in a facility with more care to move in because they want to collect the rent check for that apartment. Not willing to help out when staffing is low.

MANAGEMENT!!! Terrible, corporate is a joke never doing anything about problems. And they do not pay their employees what they deserve.

I learned a lot about the senior living sector. I enjoyed working and helping the families find their new home.

Cons

The culture in terms of management and employees is a little toxic. Whatever you bring to the table is never good enough. They always want more.
