- The best work culture I have ever experienced. I can see myself working here for the rest of my career if not for the cons. - Amazing people make this company a truly unique experience. - The technology is unique and extremely interesting. Work is never boring.

Cons

- Pay is some of the worst I have seen in the software industry and the technology relies heavily on its software in order to deliver a working solution. - Lack of transparency at the base layer generates a large amount of frustration. - Upper management lack of concrete path to success means there is a lot of churn at the base employee layer. - CEO is great at talking but seems to lack what it takes to get the business to the next step, - Company would rather hire new people wasting time and money on ramp up rather than value its current employees at market rate for their experience and contributions.
