Cutting edge technology, amazing people doing the work, work life balance.

Cons

Poor CEO leadership where it's his way or the highway. Has the vision but lacks tactful delivery - kind of like a bull in a China shop, what is he going to break next? Tries to force his opinions; good, bad or indifferent onto clients as he 'knows' their businesses better than they do.

Pretty much every single low level employee is great, decent benefits, interesting job where you can learn

Cons

CEO is unstable, and a bully that cannot take criticism. People fear him and thus he gets his way with everything. HR will never give any compensation for the genuine hard work many employees put into this company, and the "leaders" get promoted by sucking up to the insane CEO
