Salary was great. Benefits not so much..

Cons

Idea is great, execution was not so much. Not smart engineering. Made it too difficult for what it is. Structure and robots are poor quality. Manaement optimistic but cant manage. .I doubt they will be successful. Just all hype.

Good benefits and compensation. As well, the managers take care of their teams and respective branches of the company. There is always an abundance of help from both peers and other teams when it come time to problems solve, learn, or execute on projects. There’s excellent leadership here and many opportunities to grow. The product is cutting edge and fascinating to see in action!

Cons

It’s a startup, so not every process is documented and detailed yet. Some people have trouble taking accountability for their shortfalls, and sometimes pass blame for not succeeding onto others
