The company is on the cusp of some very exciting opportunities. Future outlook is strong. I work with a great team, and the work from home flexibility is great.

Cons

There is a lot going on; it can be challenging juggling all of the work.

Lots of opportunity if you can find it, teams have lots of great individuals, easy to stand out because the bar is low, easy to fly under the radar because of low accountability

Cons

Leadership doesn't seem to know hat they are doing, lots of infighting and competition internally, lack of any cohesive plan (lots of vision, no execution). Lip service paid to culture, using all of the things you'd read in a start up book circa ten years ago - very cliche. Lack of automony
