Pros

-The actual robots and tech are interesting and engaging. There are lots of opportunities to learn and create. -Benefit plan is quite good.

Cons

-Poor management will shut down any idea that they disagree with without reason or real justification. -Poor compensation in both salary and equity. -It feels like you have to fight management to make the product better because they are disconnected from the real issues. It seems like most engineers here keep their resumes up-to-date and are looking for a better opportunity.

Cons

What a mess! The pay is shabby and no one is at the helm. For a company with such a bright future the culture is depressingly toxic and begins and is exacerbated by the top. The CEO is is very hard to work with and has issues. He's extremely rude to his employees, especially if you're an engineer, and seems to feel threatened easily. He only surrounds himself with people that agree with him, regardless of their competency, and coincidentally only these types get promoted and recognised.
