If you are into being part of a fast growing Calgary start-up then you may enjoy it. But soon you’ll realize that you are just being overworked and terribly underpaid while the CEO goes about bragging about how much he is worth.

Cons

The CEO and upper management are completely incompetent and the CEO is the textbook definition of Napoleon complex.

Pros

Teams are working on difficult problems in an existing market with good technology. Huge market potential. Working level teams environment is collaborative and positive. Great place to learn about robotics at an entry level.

Cons

Culture set from senior leadership is unprofessional and dishonest. Little to no room for open discussions with leadership. All major decisions for product are done in silo and input from team is not welcome. Culture and fair compensation are serious concerns.

Cons

It's all a lie. You will be told that it's more than a job and that you're all in it together. Then when it fails you'll be treated as if you never mattered at all.
