There are some great people who work at Atta, unfortunately none of them are in leadership.

Cons

Scott Gravelle is a Mad King with zero respect for his employees or customers. Tearing someone apart in front of a large group of people for petty things is hardly the mark of a great or even decent leader. He refuses to follow common engineering poractices, lterally writing stuff on the back of a napkin. He treats his customers like they are test sites, and is far to focused on the next big prize.

The office is super cool.

Cons

The company is going nowhere, fast. They just keep turning people over and the systemic problems continue. They used to continuously promise you the world and never deliver, but now there's just a wall of silence from leadership. Not sure which is worse. Currently plotting my escape route.

Pros

Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Easy to talk to to and collaborate with, most people are genuinely interested in knowing you as a human being. Pre-covid there was always something fun happening, genuinely felt like a good community. Great benefits, interesting-ish tech to work on.

Cons

Executives are very disconnected from reality of the business and more interested in selling the brand rather than building good hardware. CEO is a loose canon, not qualified for their role. Disorganized, difficult to make change to become more organized. HR has too much control over salary, missing a lot of good people because of that. Lots of drama at the executive level, good senior people let go in bad ways. Seemed to have settled down recently
