      I have been with Atwell for 2 years now and love my job. Culturally this is a large company with a small company feel My training and development has always been supported corporately as well as from direct leadership Opportunities to grow in various industries and sectors Remote/Hybrid model that actually works for its people Work Life Balance is a high priority

      Pros

      No one expects you to skip your child's game or activity to work. As long as you get your work done, it is very flexible. I was told when I started they hire adults and it's true. I am not micro managed and my manager regularly asks about my family and is genuinely interested in my life away from work.

      Cons

      If I had to give a con, I am 100% remote as there is no office where I live. Being remote is amazing but sometimes it would be nice to go into an office.
