Geologists and scientists with assessment and remediation background will not find fulfilling job satisfaction here

Dynamic and professional always looking for the next industry wave.

Pros

Ever changing projects and customer relationships. Motivational senior management with good high level view of the markets and industry's the Atwell is currently working in.

Cons

Company is small and can not compete with the larger Civil Consulting firms for the projects which an aspiring engineer would want to be part of. Would not expect to make a long term career at this company but it is a fun ride.

We have narrowed our scope of service to focus on what we are the best in the market at and we have really changed the culture since 2013. Pros

Some good people in lower and mid-levels.

Cons

Top Management just wants to be told how wonderful they are, if you can do that while ignoring the issues, you will be fine. They give the illusion they are looking out for the clients, but really it is all about juggling numbers. They are big on sticking employees in a box and if you do a good job, you will never get out of that position.
