      Pros

      The people at Atwell make the company, from the top on down. They welcome you like you are family and are always looking for ways to assist you and grow the business. By growing the business, you always have opportunities to expand your areas of expertise.

      Cons

      The nature of the firm means that their billing system requires a task based focus, which is challenging to categorize at times. Because of the task based billing, some positions are more like contractor positions than full time work.

      Relaxed atmosphere, people are friendly, generally fast paced. Good benefits and competitive pay

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management. Lots of turn over, not many people seem to stay more than a couple years.
