I have worked on an off for Atwell for many years, working in different positions, both full time and part time. I have also worked for other companies in the industry and they do not compare to Atwell. Atwell provides opportunities to work on exciting projects where you can learn the business from start to finish and also work with contributing professionals in other fields. Atwell also provides an office culture that allows you to learn and socialize with other employees both in your home office and in the many Atwell offices across the country. I also really appreciate the support systems Atwell has, which includes a very active HR group that sets up health programs and various social events as well as a responsive IT group.

I have the opportunity to work with top talent from all offices to assist with staffing needs. Ability to work independently, but can go to my team when there is an issue to troubleshoot. Worklife balance is attainable, but I must have the discipline to leave emails for the next day. The leadership team is both business as well as Civil Engineering focused which really helps stay ahead of the industry and expand the team to new markets. Being heavily diversified in our client offerings assist in the stability of the firm and offer employees the chance to be well rounded in their profession. Atwell truly fosters an environment of continuous learning and educational opportunities. Excited to continue my career at Atwell and assist with the firm's success.
