- Working remotely - Great coworkers at same level

Cons

- Upper management creates budgets that are impossible to meet and gets annoyed when expectations aren't met - Had no idea of programs offered through Atwell until AFTER I worked there. Was not informed by management

The West Division is one of our strongest and most reliable divisions from a company standpoint, but I am sure there are things we can work on and we will look into these matters to try to address them for future employees. We encourage employees to be involved at all levels and most importantly to feel comfortable saying something if they aren't happy. management talks negative about employees and past employees to prospect engineering firms which diminishes advancement in the field for others because of entitlement, shame

We are very sorry to see this post and I wish we could have talked to figure out a move. We are new to this market and with the merger, great things will come to this office and culture. While we don't know the past we are excited for the new office being renovated and the new employees that are coming on daily. We will work on the environment and thanks for leaving a review.
