We have opened up all of our offices, and employees are often flexible about where they work. In January, we asked the mentors to come in more to be visible and mentor. I think it is working.

Culturally this is a large company with a small company feel My training and development has always been supported corporately as well as from direct leadership Opportunities to grow in various industries and sectors Remote/Hybrid model that actually works for its people Work Life Balance is a high priority
