Pros

No one expects you to skip your child's game or activity to work. As long as you get your work done, it is very flexible. I was told when I started they hire adults and it's true. I am not micro managed and my manager regularly asks about my family and is genuinely interested in my life away from work.

Cons

If I had to give a con, I am 100% remote as there is no office where I live. Being remote is amazing but sometimes it would be nice to go into an office.

Pros

One of the few companies I've been that does a great onboarding for new hires. Also the culture is awesome they really believe in collaboration and allowing staff to show up as their authentic self.

Cons

It's fast paced but you have the tools to get your job done. Lots of information to learn when you start.
