Nice people and possibility of moving up in your career.

Cons

They dont seem to know what they are doing in upper management. Every office operates on their terms. You may be overworked and then experience periods of no work.

No work-life balance, middle-management gets blamed for everything, upper management disconnected, bonuses are hard to come by, expected to work long hours, travel, not easy to advance in career, matter of time before they sell to larger firm

Flexible schedule, some good people to work with.

Cons

Dissolved the environmental department with little to no warning. Recent changes in upper management lead to heartless greedy decisions that affected many people's lives. Quite unfortunate for the loyal employees that trusted their career to be stable. Avoid this company at all costs if you are looking for career stability. Lied to by upper management, asked to keep mass firings a secret from other coworkers. Very unprofessional in handling termination processes.
