Pros

Pay and benefits, other than that it’s all cons

Cons

All they care about is chargability and your life at this company revolves around timesheets. They don’t care about developing new processes for the company, and always stick to old existing methods, that are far from industry standards. They allow employees to curse around and disrespect other employees, without any consequences even if you complain to HR. Communicating with HR is extremely hard and takes a long time. There is no room for growth, company doesn’t deliver on promises, and require a lot of work on the management side of the business.

Pros

The more your away from management the better life is. Being a licensed professional looking in from the outside, this place is horrible. Try to manage professionals with unlicensed personnel. What a joke!

Cons

Everything under the political Atwell Sun

Sorry didn't have a great experience. It is hard to respond to this as it seems you are very upset with your personal situation. I will say I have such respect for all of our leaders licensed and unlicensed and for Atwell as a company so to see this response just makes me feel like something bigger happened. If you ever want to talk about it please reach out.

Pros

Flexible hours, above average wage.

Cons

Upper management has made some recent decisions that have led to a complete collapse of the natural resources division. Due to a desire to to increase profits, all of the leaders that care about the welfare of the employees are being forced out. This has caused all of the most competent employees to quit. What remains is a leadership that only cares about their profits but lacks quality employees to generate it.

We have had a chance to read your feedback. We are sorry that this was your experience. We try to be very deliberate and careful when making business decisions and changes and we understand how this can be frustrating. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible and provide an environment of respect when changes need to be made.
