      Remote work and the benefits were bragged about in the 3+ month interview process only for them to change as soon as I was hired. They pull the rug out from under you and tell you to keep up from the day you’re onboarded. The desperate attempts online to save face by responding to honest reviews aren’t working. Your true colors are showing anyway.

      Thank you for your review. Glassdoor recommends that employers respond to comments and we really do try to listen and learn from the comments about communication and lack of leadership. We have found a lot of positive has come from these reviews and they have allowed us to identify issues and respond. I am sorry your time with Atwell didn't work out. I am going to continue to respond to comments do my part and fix what I can, or at least help. To be silent about the issues seems way worse to me.

      zero very negative environment for everyone

      management talks negative about employees and past employees to prospect engineering firms which diminishes advancement in the field for others because of entitlement, shame

      We are very sorry to see this post and I wish we could have talked to figure out a move. We are new to this market and with the merger, great things will come to this office and culture. While we don't know the past we are excited for the new office being renovated and the new employees that are coming on daily. We will work on the environment and thanks for leaving a review.

      Asks for constructive criticism/doesn’t want to here it, will set you up for failure, ADHD management, conflicting guidance/direction, poor leadership and cliques
