Pros

Had a decent amount of freedom, some friendly coworkers, decent facilities to work in day to day. Able to move up the ladder if you work hard and show you are willing to learn.

Cons

Employee backstabbing is common. A lot of people who are stressed to the point that they drink nightly. Bad communication, and very bad corporate transparency. You are not sure you will have a job tomorrow, as they cut positions you would think wouldn't be able to be.

Great first job out of college, but no room for growth unless you have a passion for Sales

-Fun laid back environment -Fun people -SOME perks, really no that much unless you are at an event for a client ie Pepsi Suite or an event -Not Micro managed

Cons

-PAY IS AWFUL -Undervalued and Under appreciated as a support role -Don't compensate for gas -No room for growth as a support role -Poor reviews with management
