      Pros

      Helped improve nursing skills with lots of exposure to different nursing tasks. Enjoyed my co workers. Hospital is renovating floors for improvement.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. Makes for very unfavorable work environment. Employees are bullied, ridiculed, and manipulated by management. Company has taken away many of the perks to working for this employer.
