      Poor handling of staff shortage. Wage increase and bonuses have decreased drastically over the years.

      There no pros about this hospital, at the very most it looks nice on the outside but doctors are awful and so is management

      Cons

      Very unmanaged, promises not kept and was overall very messy, doctors did not treat patients with respect and outright negative

      Pros

      On site fitness center if you're interested in fitness, they have their own insurance, tuition reimbursement available

      Cons

      Insurance can be a little pricey, wage freezes, sometimes advancement throughout the facility can be difficult, numerous unnecessary jobs seem to becoming created
