We understand how difficult your position can be which is why we work to support our staff as much as possible, including offering benefits for those not working full-time hours. We have benefit packages available for employees who only work 20 hours per week, which most of our BTs can access. We’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t what you were expecting. We know the impact cancellations can make and we’re actively piloting different programs. We’re committed to finding a solution! In the meantime, we always encourage our employees to proactively communicate with their direct supervisor and client services to schedule makeup sessions to make up time. We’re very competitive with our pay ranges and we work hard to continually find ways to improve compensation and benefits for all our employees. Recently, we reevaluated our pay structure for several regions, including North Carolina for both our current employees and those just joining our teams. We value our employees and embrace incorporating changes that reflect this. We also understand how difficult your position can be which is why we work to support our staff as much as possible, including offering benefits for those not working full-time hours, with benefits packages available for employees who only work 20 hours per week (which most of our BTs can access). No opportunities for growth, low compensation, poor communication with supervisors and other employees, little support for people looking to “climb the ladder” in ABA field
