Especially if you’re majoring in areas like Psychology and Child Development, this could be a perfect position as many of our clients are looking for part-time hours. Working as a Behavior Technician (BT) is also a great opportunity to see if this field is truly an area of interest for you. We’ve had so many BTs tell us they didn’t know a lot about ABA until they applied, but were so excited about working in the field once they got started. We’re so thankful to those who take the chance because it may change your life! We’re sorry to hear that not all supervisors were helpful to partner with, but collaboration is a huge part of ABA and ALP. We always try to ensure our people have multiple ways to reach out for support such as their Clinical Director or regional Field Trainer. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.
