Thank you for your years of service and providing amazing support for our Orange County families. We can’t begin to express our gratitude for the contributions towards progress that you made during your time with us. We want you to know, when one of our people find themselves in a unique situation, we encourage them to reach out to their supervisor or Field Trainer for help. Our supervisors and trainers are also available for additional support along the way for those who feel they might benefit from extra help or just a refresher on a particular topic. We also understand driving can be a tedious part of this job, but we make sure all of our Behavior Technicians are paid for their drive time and reimbursed for mileage. The dedication of our amazing employees is what sets us apart and what we believe makes us special. From a pay perspective, we currently review pay for Behavior Technicians twice a year to ensure we’re in line with industry benchmarks. Our HR team also conducts employee surveys regularly so our employees’ opinions and ideas can be heard. We’re so sorry to hear you’re feeling isolated. Because COVID has changed so many of our daily interactions over the past few years away from in-person to virtual, it can be challenging to feel genuine connections with coworkers. We encourage you to share this with your direct supervisor. Let them know how you’re feeling so they can help find creative ways to help you feel connected to your teammates.
