We’re sorry to hear about your major surgery and while we can’t address the circumstances around your specific situation here, we remain dedicated to helping our employees achieve work/life balance, by offering flexible scheduling, night and weekend hours, and both full- and part-time positions. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree working as a Behavior Technician is a great way to get hands-on experience in the ABA field. We’re very competitive with our pay ranges and we work hard to continually find ways to improve compensation and benefits for all our employees. Recently, we reevaluated our pay structure for several regions, including North Carolina for both our current employees and those just joining our teams. We value our employees and embrace incorporating changes that reflect this. We also understand how difficult your position can be which is why we work to support our staff as much as possible, including offering benefits for those not working full-time hours, with benefits packages available for employees who only work 20 hours per week (which most of our BTs can access).
