Pros

Technology pay and gas pay

Cons

Terrible management, no one answers or responds to emails and had to keep sending multiple follow ups just to get no response. Hr forces you to get more hours under part time even though I signed a contract with mr availability and max hours

Pros

For me, the best part of working here is the incredible team of people I work with on a daily basis. In my role, I interface with many areas and departments in the company, and everyone I've worked with has been patient, forthright, caring and people-centered. I love that I can work remotely and it's been a life-changer with regard to my work/life balance. I appreciate that what I do every day to support our staff out in the field working with families and children makes a positive difference to the world. It's empowering to work for a company with a mission you truly support. I've also had the chance to become involved in our DEI work, which is important and satisfying.

Cons

It's challenging at times in my role as a communications manager to feel like I'm truly connecting and reaching all our employees out in the field.

Thank you for supporting our Los Angeles families and we appreciate you recognizing our awesome leadership team! We know how physically and mentally demanding the Behavior Technician role can be, and while it’s truly one of the most rewarding positions, it can still take a toll. We’ve put together a number of resources to anyone feeling overwhelmed such as additional support and training from your regional Field Trainer and/or direct Supervisor. We wholeheartedly agree that training is key to preparing you for those situations where you might need to make quick decisions. Thank you so much for all your work during your time at ALP and we hope you’re thriving wherever your career has taken you.
