Pros

The clinical team provided many trainings to supervisory staff.

Cons

Very productivity driven and seemed to push the percentage of productivity often which was a lot of pressure. It seemed as though everything needed to be perfect all of the time or else it was called out. Procedures were also ever changing which was frustrating.

Thank you so much for your time with ALP supporting our families. We appreciate your comments around the supportive management and positive environment. ALP understands how difficult your position can be which is why we work to support our staff as much as possible, with pay reviews twice a year, group meetings, and outings so you don’t feel isolated, as well as a variety of benefits to ensure you’re taken care of. We also offer tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, and advancement opportunities. We’re sorry you feel like communication is lacking between some of our teams. Please know, that we have processes in place to ensure everyone is on the same page, but we understand busy schedules may sometimes cause delays in responsiveness. We encourage you to reach out to your BCBA or Clinical Director to talk about how communication can be improved, and we’ll also pass along your feedback.
