Having to work on weekends is brutal!

Pros

The employees dedication to their work is exceptional.

Cons

I really have working weekends but management will require you to and you won't have a choice! Weekdays were already stressful enough because they overload our schedules. Having to work on weekend is just brutal!

I can't think of any pros to list.

Cons

Management over here is incredibly incompetent. They assign ridiculous workloads, consistently mess up scheduling, lack any leadership and communication skills, and lazy. If it weren't for such awful management, perhaps working here wouldn't be such the miserable experience it currently is!

Pros

Not much to say here other than don't waste here.

Cons

Schedules are messy and disorganized, salary is terrible, workloads are stressful, benefits are terrible. Managers offer no support, and are more often than not a hindrance to you because of their incompetence.
