Pros

Such an amazing place to work. This company cares more about their employees and their families than any company I've ever worked for. How many companies will the CEO / President come down to ask about your wife and kids all by name? They treat you like actual people instead of dollar signs. I hope this is the last place I ever work.

Cons

The health benes are expensive but that is the nature of todays world.

Pros

Auto/Mate stays true to its values and really does care for both their employees and their customers. They say it isn't work when you truly love what you do and who your employer is and Auto/Mate holds true to those points. It is a very fun and environment that encourages personal growth. Senior management has an open door policy and they are very accessible and they value your worth and your ideas.

Cons

There aren't any cons at all.

Pros

Knowledge sharing. Helping me reach my career goals not only to benefit myself but the company too. The senior management understands that if you have happy employees you will have a successful company. Keeps everyone informed even if it's bad news we know.

Cons

Some employees get treated differently (better) and we see it. Same rules don't apply to all.
