If you make suggestions in an attempt to change the culture, you get blackballed. A giant call center - feels very much like a dead-end job, but good if you have no aspirations to move around. If you don't participate in outside work related functions, your bosses may look to weed you out. Very much a participant in favoritism - creates a hostile environment for you to thrive. Create scenarios where you can't win (at least in my department) and then force you out (I debated going to a lawyer, however I'd prefer to just not think of this place in general) Team members in my department, with the exception of maybe ... 3? were all snakes.
