What was once great is now terrible.

Pros

Had some of the most amazing employees...but then. .

Cons

Solera terminated a large percentage of our employees. Customer satisfaction is tanking, employee morale is gone. This is not Auto/mate anymore. I left for the same reason everyone else is...I got sick or cleaning up the mess left when they blindly terminated very valuable employees. Also there are many false reviews here. We haven't been in the office since early 2019 and will not be returning.

Pros

My peers and direct manager are a pleasure to work with. The work is challenging, and the cross team collaboration is great.

Cons

Senior management act like a bunch of children. Middle management does nothing and is apathetic to problems.
