      i have learned a lot with in a caouple months working there.

      Pros

      i have learned a lot about cars and how the system works, before i had no clue of what a rotor was or what a tune-up consist of. teaches how to b a sales person and they were really good on giving me flexable hours to work around my school schedule. very friendly environment, positive atmosphere, and clean place.

      Cons

      VERY LOW pay, too much work, and not enough regognition for what is being done. this place takes advantage of the abilities a low paid workerr can do comapred to a worker that gets paid more to do it.

      Pros

      Working here showed me the epitome of teamwork and leadership, something I never actually experienced at school. A very fast-paced environment keeps you alert and productive all day as multi-tasking will become second nature for you, you also gain knowledge about auto parts and its products that you provide for customers.

      Cons

      Like many retail jobs, some customers may be difficult to deal with but it is not so bad.

      The push on employees to provide the best customer service.Easy to get promotions in bigger cities.You can transfer almost anywhere very easily.Great benefits...Overall I am very proud to be employed with this company!
