Pros

Flex hours, good people, fun helping people, discount, good for retirees who don't need the money.

Cons

Pay is not competitive in the area, training is almost not there, hours are to long-close at 9 pm. Not enough people. Computer system sucks. Stores are not well maintained. High turn over.

Pros

love the people I work with

Cons

the company itself is too cheap to even provide our uniforms that we mess up daily working for them. And barely making minimum wage with less than 25 hours a week we can't afford to buy new uniforms. So autozone has a lot of grungy looking employees running around.
