      Pros

      I have flexible work hours + the company culture is intense (in a good way) and the environment is dynamic. Automation Anywhere is making a significant impact in the RPA industry + that's exciting. My colleagues are brilliant, driven, talented, dedicated and kind.

      Cons

      Our values and mission are unclear. The on boarding process (after orientation) could use more structure. Our A/V system at River Oaks is sub-par making communication at All Hands meetings extremely difficult + frustrating for presenters + attendees (live at River Oaks) + even more so for our global colleagues. Would like to have one main office in SJ.

      Thank you for the great review. We definitely could do better at all of the items you mention in your "cons" -- we're working on them. Already onboarding has greatly improved in the last 12 months, as has All Hands (just a year ago, we were only doing them 4x per year, and now the system is stable enough to do them monthly!).       Great business concept moving in the right direction

      Pros

      The technology concept of RPA is unequivocally the future and Automation Anywhere is playing the right cards investing in the right direction and investing in the right talent to position themselves as a market leader. I am not working in this company because it pays more, or because they offer better benefits, I am here because I believe in the success of the company and I want to be part of it. Management is always encouraging workers to be creative and not be afraid.

      Cons

      The company is growing exponentially and some times there is overlapping on work being done by different teams . Until there is better cross functional coordination these hiccups are expected to happen. There is some much to do that sometimes is hard to find a work-life balance (this is self imposed - not management imposed)

      The FASTEST growing company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Automation Anywhere has a start up feel that is exploding at the seams in so many great ways. It feels a bit like controlled chaos. I love the freedom and trust to do my job and manage my team as a fully remote employee. The company pays top dollar for top notch talent and they have a great benefits package, including a high bonuses and stock options.

      Cons

      There were 1400+ people when I started, six months later there are over 2000+ people. This adds a bit of chaos to the offices. Also, this kind of explosive growth can lead to changing and shifting priorities as new hires start, especially if the new hire manages a team. Everyone wants to perform there own audits and fix broken processes, but it can lead to a bit of overlaps a times and even some missteps. The pace feels a bit like changing a tire on a NASCAR car as it's flying down the track at a break neck speed, but I love this kind of challenge. Also, there's bit of a silo approach that needs to be addressed. I can understand that this kind of pace and workplace may not be a good fit for everyone, but that said...I truly love working for Automation Anywhere.
