Pros
Nice people. Cannot fault them, on the whole.
Cons
They really do not practice what they preach here. Like to think they're a very tecchie lot, but when it comes down to it, they're very old-fashioned and stuck in their ways. Also, the place is rife with favoritism. Definitely one rule for some, a different rule for others. You're ok if your face fits. You're not if it doesn't. Some work a lot harder than others, but the latter shout the loudest and thus are rewarded more handsomely than the quiet ones who toll behind the scenes. This HAS to change. You also have A LOT of deadwood to cut out. But you never will.
