Pros
Good CEO, and family atmosphere, great work life balance. Colleagues are Helpful and non competitive although some quite double faced. And this poses a challenging environment when you can't trust some team members.
Cons
Need proper processes in place and CMO too spontaneous without understanding the team, his suggested ideas without counting costs or analysis . All round they need a solid understanding of what they are about and how they intend to play in the markets.
