Flexible hours, but management is clueless!!

Pros

* Work from home, any city in the US 75% of the time * Accumulate travel rewards extremely fast!

Cons

* management is clueless, and does not bother to praise your hard work and efforts. * you are only a number, and travel expenses are closely scrutinized by finance to the point of being annoying and unpleasant. * They are extremely cheap. You cannot order a glass of wine for dinner, even when gone for extended periods away from your family without being challenged by finance.

Forward thinking small company. Not for those who need structure to be happy.

Pros

Great compensation. Close knit group. Willing to move forward with revolutionary ideas.

Cons

International company means there is strain due to cultural differences. Board of directors micromanages lower level management. Lack of structured rules in the past leads to problems later on the down the road. However, structure has been one of the key mantras after the Appworx merger so it is slowly improving. Middle Management is a mixed bag of good and poor managers.

Company dedicates a lot of time and resources to training professionally, on product, and personally. Good benefits & flexible environment

Cons

Most people are in the field or work from home, so it is easy to feel disconnected. Path to new positions and responsibilities is long and slow. Overall culture is often bitter and/or distrusting.
