Pros
The company stays true to its values. Humility and growth of the employees are among those. They work to help you develop and value your input in how to grow the company. The CEO is committed to only accept funding from sources where the company will not be sold to the highest bidder at a future point. They value employees and will work with them to improve before firing them. The benefits are great and around 90% of the insurance premiums are paid by the company. The CEO often states and is committed to building a company where employees want to work even when they don't have to financially.
Cons
The company is small (but growing) and transitioning to being a product company vs developing a product and selling it off. There are growing pains associated with that. The pay is not in the top but the benefits and culture make up for it in my opinion.
