Pros

Great culture in a company that looks to disrupt the robotics industry in the area of ground vehicles. Challenging but satisfying work. Great location for families.

Cons

Working on cutting edge technology is demanding and challenging and is not for everyone. If you're looking for a 9 to 5 job with relaxed schedules, this is not a fit.

Yes, at times our schedules can be time-sensitive with urgent matters needing to be attended to by our customers. We appreciate ASI employees and value work/life balance. Pros

The people are great and there is so much potential for what is being produced there! Casual work environment is great!

Cons

Take home pay is lower compared to other jobs in the area. Options for retirement are small. The work environment is almost too open (people start off topic conversations that often times drag the entire room into an unproductive state.)

Pros

ASI is a fun place with lots of hi tech work. This is a place where you can get deeply engaged in the work and grow a lot. It's at the base of a mountain that I love to go running/biking/hiking/skiing on so that's a bonus for me.

Cons

This place is not for you if you like the big city feel. The nearest restaurant is about 8 miles away, but limited lunch selections are brought in almost every day. The desks are very open providing very little privacy. This is great for easy communication with coworkers, but not good for any private conversations.
