ASI is a great company to work for! I'm grateful to be here! + Great work environment + Awesome people + Free lunch each Tuesday + Flexible Schedules + Focus on learning, training and innovation + 401 K match + ESOP

Cons

They are a small company, that is growing. With growth comes growing pains. Some processes and systems are not all ironed out, but I do think the Leadership team is trying.
