The benefits of ASI are awesome, and my teammates are really hard workers who really want to help me succeed in my job.

Cons

The pay is average, but the benefits really make up for it.

I'm not exactly in love with being a software tester, but I'm planning on sticking around ASI as one because the people here are so good. My team has done an amazing job at helping me feel valued, which makes me want to stay and do my best.

Cons

When I was first hired it took me several months to feel confident that I knew how to do my job. My team leader and manager are pretty hands off, which is great for working remotely and building a team of trust, but for new people who are still in training, not having enough contact was really hard.
