Working with managers and senior management is great. That may not do exactly what I think is best, but they are continually trying to listen to the employees and make ASI better. I appreciate that. They are all also very easy to talk to.

Cons

ASI can struggle to establish consistent communication channels between teams. They know this and are trying to improve.
