It saddens us to hear that you didn't feel you could express your thoughts and opinions at work. For over the last two years, ASI has been focusing on incorporating "psychological safety" in the workplace by having monthly training during our all-hands staff meetings presented by HR, Senior Leaders and managers.
We continue to strive to create psychological safety companywide through leadership training, additional company gatherings/events to create unity outside of work, and setting personal growth OKR's to be positive role models.
We hope you can find ASI a place where you can refer future referrals and maybe someday return.
